We have never been busier! We supported 400 children up to the end of 2019, and 576 in 2020/21. There are a variety of ways that you can support us:
We would be thrilled to have your donations of good quality, preloved clothing from premature baby size through to 12 years old. Here’s a quick guide to what we do and don’t accept:
Please sort clothing by gender and size e.g. 6-12 months, 1-2 years, and put in labelled bags.
You can drop your donations at one of our Collection Points at:
- Fatface, Peebles
- Co-op, Innerleithen
- Post Office, West Linton
- Treetop Toys, Melrose & Kelso
Currently unable to take:
- Shoes - unfortunately we are unable to accept shoes at this time
- Baby Clothing for 6months & under. The Scot Baby Box Appeal are looking for donations of good quality baby clothing. Further information of how to donate clothing to them, can be found on Facebook at Scot Baby Box Appeal | Facebook
- School Uniform - we rarely get requests for school uniform & we know that many of the schools in our area have sufficient supplies of good quality preloved uniform. However, the Edinburgh School Uniform Bank does accept plain uniform items (no school badges) & further details including drop off points can be found at Donate Uniform – Edinburgh School Uniform Bank (edinburghuniform.org)
