As an individual, there are lots of folks you can contact to make a referral on your behalf. Any healthcare agency, professional or department. Here’s a few examples: health visitor, GP, midwife, schools (Headteacher), social work, carer services, CAB, Food Bank.
We will usually provide clothing to the referrer within 2 weeks of receiving a referral request. This may take longer during holiday periods.
Our service is free and can be used whenever and as often as you need.
Each child receives a seasonally appropriate wardrobe of clothes including a jacket, pyjamas and a new pack of underwear. We do not provide shoes.
